Prepare accurate financial reports and statements for management review. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors. Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records. Implement and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency. Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
