Finance Manager £45,000 £50,000Cradley HeathPermanent Full-time On-siteWe are recruiting an experienced Finance Manager to join an established, privately owned business based in Cradley Heath.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of the numbers and working closely with the operational side of a business.Reporting into senior leadership, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day finance function, producing accurate and timely management information while ensuring strong financial controls are maintained across the business.You will also manage and support an Accounts Assistant, overseeing transactional finance while taking direct responsibility for management accounts, cashflow, payroll, compliance and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities • Prepare monthly management accounts• Review and analyse project profitability• Manage daily cashflow with detailed weekly reviews• Coordinate weekly payment runs and funding requirements• Oversee purchase ledger, bank reconciliations and transactional finance• Maintain accurate creditor, debtor and factoring reconciliations• Take ownership of credit control and customer credit limits• Manage internal PAYE payroll, pensions and subcontractor/CIS payroll• Complete VAT and CIS returns• Oversee nominal postings, departmental allocations and project coding• Monitor stock movements and intercompany recharges• Maintain strong financial controls and accurate financial records• ..... full job details .....
