Finance Manager

A growing regional firm is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join its head office team in Leeds city centre. This is a key leadership position with responsibility for the full finance function and for providing the strategic financial direction needed to support the company''s continued expansion. Working closely with senior leaders, you''ll shape financial performance, strengthen governance, and ensure the business has accurate, timely and insightful financial information to guide decision-making. Role Overview In this hands-on management role, you will lead all day-to-day financial operations and take ownership of month-end, year-end and statutory reporting. You''ll ensure strong financial controls are in place, maintain compliance, and drive improvements across systems and processes.
