Finance Manager - ManufacturingLocation: NorthamptonSalary: £60,000 - £80,000 + benefitsWorking Pattern: Full-time, office-basedThe OpportunityA well-established and highly regarded business is seeking a Finance Manager to join its team in a broad and hands-on role.Working closely with senior leadership, this position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function whilst supporting wider commercial and operational decision-making. The successful candidate will be a key member of a close-knit team and will play an important role in the continued success of the business.This role would suit somebody who enjoys working within a collaborative environment, is happy to get involved across all areas of finance and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a stable and growing organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packsBudgeting, forecasting and cash flow managementBalance sheet reconciliations and financial controlsSupport year-end accounts and external audit processesManagement and development of finance processes and proceduresBusiness partnering with operational and non-finance stakeholdersAnalysis of margins, profitability and business performanceSupport strategic decision-making through financial insightOversee day-to-day finance operationsAd hoc projects and continuous improvement initiativesCandidate ProfileACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified preferredPrevious Finance Manager or Financial Controller ..... full job details .....
