We''re working with a fantastic Bath-based education charity to recruit a Finance Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. The organisation is currently going through an exciting period of development and modernisation, making this a great time to come on board and help shape an effective, forward-looking finance function. Reporting to the Head of Operations and managing a small finance team, you''ll take responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day finance while working closely with colleagues across the organisation. The role will include: Managing the day-to-day finance function and supporting the finance team Producing management information and variance analysis for budget holders Supporting budgeting, reforecasting, cash-flow forecasting and year-end reporting Overseeing purchase and sales ledger activity, reconciliations and financial controls Monitoring restricted and designated funds Coordinating preparation for the year-end audit Supporting VAT processes and returns Helping colleagues understand budgets and finance processes through advice and training Supporting the continued development of the organisation''s digital finance systems and processes The organisation has recently moved its finance processes onto Iplicit, so you''ll also play an ..... full job details .....
