Perfect for a Senior Management Accountant looking to take a step up or a Finance Manager looking to move into a role with a clear future progression path to Financial Controller level.Key Responsibilities:Reporting into the Financial Controller Mentor and developing the Accounts Payable team and Management AccountantsPrepare monthly management accounts (PandL, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) including group consolidation across wholesale and e-commerce divisionsDeliver variance analysis vs budget, forecast, and prior year with clear narrative for senior leadershipOwn month-end entries: payroll journals, fixed asset register, bank recs, credit card transactions, intercompany, prepayments and accrualsPrepare and present the bi-weekly cash flow modelVAT returns and HMRC reportingYear-end audit schedules and external auditor liaisonBusiness partner for Head of Departments reviewing actuals vs budget monthlySupport the FC on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc strategic projectsKey Requirements:Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)/finalist or qualified by experience with strong, relevant experienceSolid management accounting and financial reporting backgroundExperience in a wholesale,retail or stock environment is ..... full job details .....
