Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their friendly finance team.In this varied role, you will take responsibility for a broad range of finance duties, including preparing monthly management accounts, balance sheets, variance analysis, budget forecasting, and financial planning. Alongside this, you will also oversee credit control activities such as managing receivables and chasing outstanding payments, while receiving ongoing leadership training and mentorship from the Finance Director.This role would suit a Finance Manager or similar looking for a varied and hands-on role within a growing business, offering long-term progression and the opportunity to develop into a senior leadership position.
