What you''ll be doing: * Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including monthly close routines and balance sheet reconciliations * Produce accurate, timely monthly financial accounts and support the preparation of data for reporting * Lead audit preparation, acting as the primary liaison with auditors and overseeing all audits * Ensure statutory accounts comply with UK GAAP andamp; IFRS and finalise statutory accounts in line with regulatory requirements * Prepare the deferred tax pack for Group accounting annually and corporation tax packs for tax advisors * Ensure VAT returns/payments and other statutory reports (including ONS surveys) are delivered by specified deadlines * Work with other departments on customs tariffs, import VAT and duty * Maintain key finance records including the banking databas...
