Finance ManagerSalary: 40,000 - 45,000 DOEOffice Based - Will go hybrid after probationCentral LondonA finance company is seeking a highly organised, proactive and capable Practice Finance and Office Manager to oversee the firm''s internal finance function while supporting the day-to-day operational running of the office. This is a varied and responsible role, ideal for someone who enjoys combining financial management, practice administration and office coordination within a professional services environment.The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice, supporting partners and staff, maintaining strong financial controls, and helping to create a well-organised and professional working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance and Practice ManagementManage the firm''s internal finance function on a day-to-day basisPrepare management accounts and internal financial reportsMonitor cash flow and overall financial performanceOversee practice billing, work in progress (WIP) monitoring and debtor controlMaintain accurate bookkeeping and financial recordsSupport budgeting and financial planning processesLiaise with partners on financial and operational mattersRequirementsPrevious experience in a finance, bookkeeping, practice management or office management roleExperience within an accountancy practice is preferred, although candidates from other professional services environments will also be consideredAAT ..... full job details .....
