Finance Manager Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire (On-site with some hybrid working) Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 About the Role A key position overseeing all UK financial operations. You will ensure accurate reporting, strong financial governance, and compliance with statutory requirements. The role also provides essential financial insight to support strategic decision-making at senior level. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day financial operations and monthly management reportingMaintain accurate ledgers and carry out balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare statutory accounts in line with UK GAAPManage VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax and other regulatory submissionsOversee cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and banking relationshipsProvide financial analysis to support business performanceSupervise a small finance team and drive continuous improvementManage payroll, insurance renewals, pensions, and fixed asset registersHandle selected contracts, import documentation, and property-related mattersSupport financial projects and systems development What We''re Looking For ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent experience)Strong commercial and financial insightExcellent analytical skills and a hands-on approachExperience leading a finance teamSolid knowledge of UK accounting regulationsAdvanced Excel skillsAdvantageous but not essential: import experience, construction/manufacturing knowledge, exposure to ..... full job details .....
