FINANCE MANAGERMIDDLEWICH£35,000 - £42,000 DOE + Profit related bonus (Paid Monthly) KPI Recruiting are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee the financial function of the organisation by managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves strategic financial planning, risk management, and providing insights to support key business decisions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledgeRPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsDevelop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plansConduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendationsManage cash flow, working capital, and investment activitiesEnsure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirementsLiaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partnersEvaluate financial risks and implement mitigation strategiesSupport strategic decision-making through financial analysisLead and mentor finance team members to ensure high performance QUALIFICATION Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master s or CPA/ACCA preferred).Proven experience (5+ years) in finance management or similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and ..... full job details .....
