is looking for a
Finance Manager
to join our client''s well-known, upscale hotel near the city of Leicester.
About you:
As a Finance Manager you must have had exposure to the fast-pacing hospitality industry and be proficient at PandL preparation and balance sheet reviewing.
You must have excellent managerial skills to lead, support and develop a small team consisting of accounts payable, accounts receivable and Income Audit, while working closely with the hotel management team to drive the business forward at a critical time of growth.?
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years working as a hotel Assistant Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
Self-accounting background.
Deep understanding of all aspects involved in PandL production and monitoring hotel KPIs.
Great command of finance tools or software (i.e. Sage, Ms Excel etc.)IT proficient in hotel PMS/EPOS systems.
Capable of leading, managing and supporting a small finance team.
