Finance Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are working with an established and growing SME who is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of its finance function. This is a hands-on, 360 finance role reporting directly to a senior member of the management team. You''ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the accounts function while also providing financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insight to support the continued growth of the business. The Role You''ll take responsibility for a broad range of finance activities, including: Managing the Accounts Receivable function, including client invoicing and resolving invoice queries Managing supplier accounts and Accounts Payable Monitoring payments, expenditure and cash flow Carrying out regular bank reconciliations Managing employee expenses Coordinating payroll and subcontractor payments Producing detailed financial reports and cash flow/profitability forecasts Supporting senior management with financial planning and commercial decision-making Developing and implementing improved finance processes and systems Helping the business improve financial efficiency as it continues to grow Working closely with operational and client-facing teams Taking full ownership of the finance function and ensuring deadlines are met About You We''re looking for an experienced accountant who is comfortable working across the full finance function and enjoys being hands-on.
