Reporting to the FD with exposure to the Board of Directors, your duties include: - Overseeing much of the Group''s day to day financial operations - Preparing full sets of management accounts including balancesheet reconciliations and PandL - Variance analysis against budget and providing commentary for the leadership team - Streamlining month end processes where applicable - Managing and developing a small team of transactional staff - Ensure compliance with financial controls and Statutory Accounting - Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process - Contribute to business/financial projects as and when required - VAT submissions and bank reconciliations - Overseeing monthly payroll - Identify areas for business and process improvement through analysis and financial insight The ideal candidate will be either a fully Qualified Accountant or finalist level.
