Ideal for someone confident working with operational leaders and keen to develop as the business scales.The RoleLead month-end and deliver accurate management accounts and KPI reportingOwn balance sheet control and ensure strong financial governancePartner with department heads on cost management and performanceSupport budgeting and forecasting across PandL, cash flow and working capitalManage cash and debtor finance, including weekly reporting to senior leadershipLead stock analysis, stock counts and BOM/NPD costingOversee audit and HMRC complianceDevelop a small finance teamSupport ERP/Business Central improvements and process optimisationAbout YouCIMA/ACCA qualifiedStrong manufacturing experienceConfident working with SMT and operational teamsPeople management experienceStrong Excel/data skillsExposure to debtor financing (advantageous)ERP/Business Central experience desirableWhy Apply?High visibility across the businessReal influence on reporting, processes and performanceDevelopment opportunities as the business ..... full job details .....
