Finance ManagerLeeds Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home)Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Excellent BenefitsHW Finance are partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Manager for their Leeds-based finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant who has developed a strong understanding of inventory, stock accounting, costing or gross margin analysis and is looking to take ownership of a key area within a large and complex international business.Working closely with senior finance leaders and stakeholders across the organisation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of inventory valuation, margin reporting and month-end processes, while helping to drive continuous improvement across the finance function.The RoleKey responsibilities will include:Ownership of inventory valuation and associated financial controlsEnsuring accurate gross margin accounting and reportingLeading month-end activities, reviews and balance sheet reconciliationsManaging and developing a direct reportPartnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to resolve inventory and margin-related issuesPreparing journals, accruals, prepayments and financial analysesIdentifying accounting risks and driving issues through to resolutionSupporting process improvement and transformation initiativesAssisting senior finance leadership with ad-hoc projects and business initiativesAbout YouWe are particularly keen to speak with candidates who have ..... full job details .....
