Sheridan Maine is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join an organisation based in the Swindon area. 
 
The role will encompass all aspects of management accounting and will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Prepare and distribute monthly management accounts.
  • Provide variance analysis and commentary.
  • Liaise with budget holders and prepare the annual budgets.
  • Run monthly budget review meetings.
  • Business partner with stakeholders providing key analysis and management information.
  • Ensure the timely month end close of financial activities such as journals, accruals and prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations.
 
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Proven experience in a management accountant or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and IT skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of working with a range stakeholders.
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
