This is a role for someone who wants to be influential. You''ll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead a small finance team and play a key role in shaping the finance function as the business continues to grow and evolve. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise, focus on financial rigour with the ability to build relationships, challenge constructively and drive continuous improvement. The Opportunity You''ll lead all aspects of financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, audit management and compliance for a major business division, whilst acting as a key point of contact for senior leadership, Group Finance and external stakeholders. The environment is fast-paced and evolving, requiring a confident finance leader who can operate effectively at both a strategic and operational level. A key part of the role is leading and developing a team of finance professionals, creating a high-performing culture whilst ensuring individuals are supported to reach their full potential.
