There''s genuine scope to grow in this role as the business grows.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, develop and manage the finance team, ensuring effective workload allocation, compliance with Group and legal financial policies, and coordinating with the shared service centreDeliver accurate and timely management accounts, forecasts, budgets and operational reporting, while overseeing statutory accounts, audits, VAT returns and other regulatory requirementsBusiness Partner with the site management team, supporting Managers with business decisions, capacity utilisation, margin performance, investment proposals and corrective actions to improve performanceProvide analysis and recommendations across sales, margins, order intake, work in progress, turnaround times, customer and product performance and pricing to support informed decision makingOversee cash flow forecasting, ..... full job details .....
