This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you''ll work directly with the Directors and senior team, influence business decisions and play a key role in improving financial and operational performance.The roleYou''ll take ownership of a varied finance function, including:Producing monthly management accounts, cash flow and forecastsMonitoring project profitability, WIP and financial performanceWorking with project teams and Directors through CMAPManaging monthly payroll and employee finance schemesUsing Xero across the finance functionSupporting budgeting, forecasting and resource planningManaging business insurance and Professional Indemnity renewalsCoordinating RandD tax claims and supporting the year-end auditHandling HMRC, VAT, P11D, PSA and Companies House mattersProviding financial reporting and commercial insight to the BoardSupporting operational improvements and wider business projectsAbout youQualified Accountant, QBE or actively studying ACCA, CIMA or ACAStrong management accounting and commercial finance experienceSME experience is important, ideally within an architecture, creative, design or similar professional services environmentStrong Xero experienceCommercially minded and confident ..... full job details .....
