Finance Manager

This well-established organisation based near Haslemere are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their team. This role is being offered on a permanent basis, and my client will look at full time or slightly reduced hours options. This role would suit someone who has previous experience in day-to-day management of the finance function in a busy environment and ideally someone who is AAT qualified, or working towards a professional accountancy qualification. Collaborate with accountants on the preparation and filing of annual company accounts, while maintaining records in accordance with data protection laws. Manage the Xero accounting system, ensuring it meets the evolving needs and maintaining accurate financial records, including month-end and year-end reconciliations. Produce regular financial reports for senior leadership, and conduct financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Support with the preparation of the yearly budget and monitor throughout the year.
