The RoleWorking closely with the senior finance team, the Finance Manager will support the finance function across a growing social housing and residential property portfolio. The role combines management reporting, financial control, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, regulatory reporting and managing agent oversight, alongside exposure to portfolio integration and acquisition-related work. Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packsAssisting with statutory accounts, year-end reporting and audit supportBudgeting, forecasting and cash flow reportingReviewing and reconciling managing agent statements and property transactionsMonitoring portfolio activity and ensuring accurate accounting treatmentPreparing VAT returns and supporting routine finance complianceSupporting board reporting, quarterly returns and regulatory submissionsAssisting with forecasting, stress testing and business ..... full job details .....
