FINANCE MANAGER - LUXURY HOTELS - £60-70K + BONUS + BENEFITS Your new company I am supporting a well-known, luxury hotel business that is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team! You''ll be reporting to the Finance Controller, and taking charge of the day-to-day finance operations while managing a team. You''ll take ownership over month-end and operational finance. This role will suit someone from the Hotel or Group Hospitality sector!Your new role Key duties:Managing the finance teamOwnership of management accounts and month-end duties Supervising AP/AR, payroll, and income audit Handling the submission of PAYE and VATPreparing and posting journal entriesOverseeing the cash flow processEnsuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and proceduresTraining and developing teamReviewing and completing monthly PandL reports, conducting monthly Balance Sheet reviews, and reporting to key stakeholdersPartnering with various non-finance teamsAssisting with external auditProcess improvement and ad-hoc projectWhat you''ll need to succeed You''ll ideally be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with Hospitality / Hotel experience. Any team management experience is a bonus!
