Finance Manager

Your new company This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly entrepreneurial and diverse group of businesses operating across healthcare, residential property, property development and leisure. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be joining a growing organisation where finance plays a central role in supporting commercial decision-making, improving controls and driving operational performance across multiple entities. Your new role As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the finance function across a varied group structure, partnering directly with the CEO and wider management team to provide financial leadership, commercial insight and operational support. This is a broad, hands-on role where you will lead the production of management accounts, board reporting packs, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, project costing and financial modelling. You will directly manage a junior member of the finance team and help develop their skills to support a growing finance operation.You will also be responsible for statutory accounts preparation, VAT, in-house payroll, Companies House compliance, RandD tax claims and wider financial governance. In addition, you will oversee finance processes, strengthen controls, manage and develop team members, and support wider business operations including HR administration, property-related projects and key strategic initiatives.
