This role sits within a high-performing finance team and offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders, business transformation initiatives, and strategic projects across multiple business entities.Your new roleAs Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring strong financial governance, regulatory compliance, and effective financial control across the business. Partnering closely with senior leadership, you will provide commercial insight while supporting business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing statutory accounts under IFRS for multiple legal entities.Managing external audit processes and acting as the key liaison for auditors.Maintaining robust balance sheet controls and reconciliations.Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.Analysing financial performance, identifying trends and providing meaningful insights.Reviewing and improving finance processes and control frameworks.Supporting the integration of acquisitions and business transformation projects.Preparing and reviewing VAT returns, tax submissions and regulatory reporting.Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across finance and operational teams.Providing commercial challenge and ..... full job details .....
