Your new roleYou will oversee the day-to-day financial operations ensuring robust financial management, compliance and strategic planning whilst playing a key role in driving efficiencies and supporting the wider organisation through effective business partnering. Key duties: Prepare and manage monthly management accountsConduct PandL analysis and balance sheet reconciliationsDaily cash flow management and monitoringFacilitate the budgeting and forecasting processSupport with year-end financial auditsManage payroll, pensions, benefits and HMRC reportingPrepare and submit quarterly VAT returnsProvide financial insight for strategic decision-makingBusiness partner with internal and external stakeholdersOversee one member of staff, providing mentorship and guidance What you''ll need to succeed Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBEProven hands-on experience in an SME, preferably as a Finance Manager or similarIn-depth knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresStrong business partnering skills with the ability to build excellent working relationshipsAnalytically minded and a high attention to detailGood ..... full job details .....
