Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide valuable financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making while helping to drive business performance.Alongside responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial analysis, you will play a key role in developing and motivating an established finance team. You will create a positive and collaborative working environment, ensuring the team continues to perform effectively while meeting key deadlines and objectives.This is a varied and hands-on leadership role that requires a balance of operational finance expertise, commercial awareness and strong people management.
