Finance Manager

Your new company I am currently working with a Property Investment company with a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and agricultural properties, who are looking to hire a commercially minded Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established group with a strong reputation in property investment and development and to take on a broader leadership role within the finance team.Your new role Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting both the Group Finance Director and senior management team. You will take ownership of core financial processes while also contributing to strategic decision-making.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting 24 international entities across real estate and private equityPreparing quarterly management accounts for entities, full PandL and balance sheetFinancial reporting and month-end closeCapex accounting, fixed assets, VAT reconciliations and compliance supportIFRS Financial Statement Preparation and Audit SupportReconcile intercompany balances across a multi-entity investment groupLeading the year-end process and coordinating with auditorsPartnering with operational teams and providing clear, value-add financial informationDriving improvements in processes, controls and reportingTeam management / oversight of juniorsWhat you''ll need to succeed You''ll be a fully Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), ideally with strong experience within property.
