Your new role As Finance Manager, you''ll report directly to the CFO and play a pivotal role in the internal finance operations. You''ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities across multiple international entities, while driving improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and control. This is a hands-on role that blends technical expertise with strategic insight and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include:Running month-end close processes across multiple entities and currenciesManaging bookkeeping, payroll, expenses, and bank reconciliationsLeading client invoicing and receivables collectionSupporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisCoordinating statutory reporting and audit processesPartnering with internal teams to support decision-makingIdentifying and implementing process improvementsWhat you''ll need to succeed You''ll be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with post-qualification experience in an in-house finance team.
