Finance Manager

Your new company Our client is a growing and well-established manufacturing business with a strong international presence. Operating across multiple overseas locations, the company designs, manufactures and distributes specialist products to customers worldwide. Following continued growth and investment in systems, infrastructure and international operations, the business is seeking to strengthen its finance function with the appointment of a Finance Manager.Your new role Reporting directly to the CFO, you will take responsibility for supporting the day-to-day finance function while helping the business navigate its next phase of growth. Working within a collaborative SME environment, you will be involved in financial reporting, process improvement, business partnering and supporting a growing international operation.Key responsibilities will include management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, overseeing financial controls, supporting overseas entities and compliance requirements, driving improvements following a recent ERP implementation, and acting as a trusted deputy to the CFO. This is a broad, hands-on role offering significant exposure across the wider business.What you''ll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will ideally be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, although candidates who are part-qualified or qualified by experience will also be considered.
