Operating within a fast-paced production environment, the company is continuing to invest in automation, operational efficiency and long-term growth initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making.Your new roleReporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee the day-to-day finance function while providing commercial and strategic financial support across the business. You will be responsible for financial planning, cash flow management, business partnering and supporting investment projects that drive operational improvements and growth.Key responsibilities will include:Managing the finance function, ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting.Producing integrated financial forecasts, including PandL, Balance Sheet and Cash flow modelling to support business planning and decision-making.Managing cash flow, working capital and banking relationships to ensure the business is appropriately funded.Supporting funding applications, lender reporting and investment proposals for capital expenditure projects.Partnering with operational and commercial teams to provide analysis ..... full job details .....
