Finance Manager, SME, QBE, Qualified, Payroll Your new company Hays are delighted to be working with a family-owned SME retail and distribution company based in Oldbury in lovely modern offices with parking. The company is planning strong growth over the next 4 years and has created a new Finance Manager position.Your new role Reporting to the FD, you will look after the A-Z of accounts, month end, VAT, monthly management accounts preparation and run a small payroll weekly and monthly. This is a hands-on all-round role and will focus on both financial and management accounts and will oversee the ledgers and credit control. Other ad-hoc duties include scot control, bank reconciliation and cash flow management.What you''ll need to succeed This role would suit a QBE or Qualified hands-on Accountant who could be from a small Accountancy Practice or industry. This is a busy all-round role, so we are looking for someone from an SME background happy to roll up their sleeves and be adaptable. Strong presentation and IT skills are required and the ability to use initiative and be self-sufficient.What you''ll get in return .
