Your new role As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the monthly financial close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting while supporting the wider finance function. You will lead the preparation of management accounts, provide meaningful analysis and commentary on business performance, and deliver financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining robust financial controls, monitoring costs and profitability, managing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies across the business. The role will also involve working closely with senior stakeholders throughout the organisation, overseeing key accounting activities, supporting external audits, contributing to group reporting requirements, and providing leadership, coaching and development to members of the finance team.
