We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established community-focused organisation seeking an Interim Finance Manager to provide hands-on financial leadership during a busy period of change. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong management accounting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You''ll work closely with the senior leadership team, overseeing day-to-day finance operations while delivering accurate financial reporting and ensuring compliance across the organisation. The Role You''ll be responsible for: Producing timely monthly management accounts and financial reports. Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management. Managing financial controls, reconciliations, VAT and payroll oversight. Monitoring grant and contract income, ensuring compliance with funding requirements. Supporting year-end processes and acting as the main contact for external auditors. Supervising the finance function and driving improvements to financial systems and processes.
