Finance Manager

Harris Hill are delighted to be working exclusively with this national charity to recruit their new Finance Manager. (Hybrid) Location: Buckinghamshire Reporting to: Director of finance and operations Salary: c£46,350 per annum Contract: Permanent Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Hybrid Working: 50% of your time will be based at their offices Hybrid Working extended: Split weeks are available ( 2 days one week, 3 days the other) About the role The Charity is looking for a talented and motivated Finance Manager to join us at an exciting point in our journey. As we are now halfway through delivering our 2030 strategy, this role offers a unique opportunity to play a central part in strengthening their financial sustainability and enabling the association to achieve its long-term ambitions. As Finance Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day financial management whilst driving continuous improvement across our finance processes and systems. Reporting into the Director of Finance and Operations, you will be a trusted partner to budget holders and colleagues across all departments.
