The role You will own the day-to-day finance operation across a growing multi-entity group, working closely with the Founder and senior advisers. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build robust systems and reporting while remaining comfortable with imperfect information during a period of rapid change. Key Responsibilities: Produce monthly management accounts, branch/entity performance reporting and meaningful commercial commentary. Maintain a rolling 13-week cashflow, working-capital visibility and lender / covenant reporting. Help select and implement a scalable multi-entity accounting system and improve data flows from existing property / franchise systems. Build and formalise central client-account processes covering landlord receipts, fees, landlord and contractor payments and reconciliations.
