Finance Manager

This is a key customer-facing role focused on delivering commercial performance, driving profitability, and maximising retention. You will use data and insights to challenge and support operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and maintain high service standards. Leading an established team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing service delivery and strengthening customer relationships.This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00. This role is hybrid with the requirement to be onsite 4 days per week. We are happy to consider the hours 08:00 to 16:00 or 08:30 to 16:30.Pay, benefits and more:We''re looking to offer a salary of up to £60,000, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
