Finance Manager, £45,000-£48,000, Solihull, Office Based - Monday to Friday Greenwell Gleeson are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, £50m turnover business based in Solihull to recruit a Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to lead, manage and develop a small finance team within a dynamic and expanding organisation. The successful candidate will be confident in managing day-to-day financial operations while supporting the continued growth of the business. Main Duties Oversee all day-to-day finance department functions, including:Daily bank processing and reconciliations including updating invoice discounting schedulesWeekly and monthly sales invoicing using Sage 50 and management systemDaily purchase ledger processingCredit controlMonthly Payroll reconciliationsLead, manage and mentor junior members of the team.Develop and maintain strong working relationships.Provide and co-ordinate information for all external auditorsDrive cash flow to maximise available cash.Assist in production of annual financial statements.
