Goodman Masson are working with a leading healthcare provider looking for a Finance Manager to join their team to help drive the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.This is a Remote/Hybrid position, offering the flexibility of working from home with travel to offices in London and Semley, Wiltshire approximately 1-2 times per month. The RoleAs Finance Manager, you will support and deputise for the Financial Controller. Your primary focus will be ensuring sound financial management through accurate management accounting and robust annual financial reporting. You will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency by implementing improved systems and processes.Key Responsibilities include:Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of management accounts for parent and subsidiary companies, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Annual Statements and Audit: Prepare annual financial statements in line with FRS102 and lead on the planning and execution of the annual audit.Business Partnering: Partner with departmental owners to provide financial feedback, represent their results, and identify opportunities for cost savings or efficiencies.Tax and Compliance: Prepare group VAT returns and work with advisers on corporation tax computations and RandD tax credit applications.Leadership: Provide direct line ..... full job details .....
