Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting and ControlPrepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules.Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.Ensure compliance with UK GAAP and internal financial policies.Maintain and enhance robust financial controls and governance procedures.Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to senior stakeholders.Budgeting and ForecastingSupport the CFO in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts.Provide meaningful variance analysis and commentary on financial performance.Assist with financial planning and decision-support activities across the business.Cash Flow and Working Capital ManagementMonitor and manage daily cash flow requirements.Prepare short and long-term cash flow forecasts.Drive improvements in working capital through effective ..... full job details .....
