This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified or QBE finance professional looking for a broad, influential role within an evolving organisation.The RoleReporting to senior leadership, you will manage a small finance team (2-3 transactional assistants) and take ownership of day-to-day and strategic finance activity, including:Preparation and production of monthly management accountsBudgeting and forecastingCash flow management and forecastingCost control reviews and financial analysisBusiness partnering with department heads across Production, Operations, Events and SalesYou''ll play a key role in improving processes, supporting decision-making, and driving financial transparency across the business.About YouQualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE with strong, relevant experienceConfident producing management accounts and leading a small teamProactive, commercially minded, and comfortable partnering with non-finance stakeholdersExperience in manufacturing or multi-site environments is advantageous but not essentialThis is a great opportunity to join a supportive leadership team and have real impact in a dynamic, growing organisation.Interested?
