This is a broad role working closely with the Managing Director, with responsibility for management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, expenditure, stock, payroll and statutory compliance. You’ll also manage and develop a Finance Officer and play an active role in improving finance processes and supporting business strategy. Key Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting. Manage budgets, forecasting and financial analysis. Take ownership of cash flow, credit control and expenditure. Oversee stock levels and valuation. Manage payroll, VAT and HMRC submissions. Oversee external audit requirements. Improve finance systems, processes and KPIs.
