Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance function and support the business''s ongoing success.Reporting to the Fractional CFO, this is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of key finance processes, improve controls, and play an important role in supporting business performance.The RoleThe Finance Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of the finance function, with a particular focus on cash management, banking, credit control, payroll administration, reconciliations, and financial reporting.You will work closely with senior management to ensure accurate financial information is available to support decision-making and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBanking and Cash ManagementManage daily banking activities and bank reconciliations.Maintain accurate cash position reporting.Oversee invoice finance/factoring arrangements and liaise with funding providers.Monitor funding availability, receipts, and allocations.Support cashflow forecasting and reporting.Credit Control and Debtor ManagementManage the debtor ledger and aged debtors.Proactively chase outstanding invoices ..... full job details .....
