Finance Manager / Financial Controller

My client is a rapidly expanding -7m turnover business and they are now looking to recruit a Finance Manager / Financial Controller-to lead and manage the organisation''s financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, working capital management, regulatory compliance, and the provision of financial guidance to support strategic decision-making.

This is a hands-on, highly varied role managing a small finance team and dealing with the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual financial reports including a fully reconciled balance sheet.- You will also be responsible for-financial analysis and MI as well as working closely with the business to improve the ERP system and embed automation/AI-driven processes and identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate manual duplication.
