Your new companyI''m partnering with a growing FMCG business that is expanding into new markets and strengthening its finance function to support that growth. They''re now looking to appoint a Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations and play a key role in ensuring robust, scalable financial reporting as the business evolves.This is a hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for management and financial reporting, supporting forecasting, variance analysis and performance tracking across multiple regions. You''ll sit at the centre of the business, ensuring financial insight underpins both operational and strategic decision-making.Your New Role Reporting into the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:Preparing monthly management accounts and board-level reporting, including detailed variance analysisOwnership of month-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reportingProducing PandL, balance sheet and cash flow reportingBusiness partnering with non-finance stakeholders to support performance and decision-makingSupporting budgeting and forecasting cyclesMentoring junior team members and liaising with an outsourced finance functionDriving process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalabilityDelivering ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support commercial and strategic initiativesPlaying an active role in supporting the ongoing growth of the businessWhat you''ll need to succeedACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifiedFMCG, retail or ..... full job details .....
