Finance Manager

Equifind are partnering with a high-performing international real estate firm to recruit an experienced Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.This is a hands-on leadership role offering significant exposure across the business, working closely with the Financial Controller. You will lead a growing finance team, oversee day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities, and play a key role in driving process improvements and financial control.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Financial Controller and Finance Director with the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and board reportingOversee the day-to-day financial and accounting operations across the Company and Group entitiesManage the month-end process end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate reportingLead and manage the group audit processMonitor and maintain budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and working capital positions across international entitiesManage quarterly funding requests across projects and client entitiesEnsure robust financial controls, processes, and procedures are implemented and maintainedSupport the development and implementation of finance strategy initiatives focused on efficiency and risk reductionCollaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify process improvements and operational efficienciesEnsure compliance with accounting, tax, legal, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictionsLead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team, promoting ..... full job details .....
