There''s also responsibility for audit support, VAT returns, payroll review, and driving improvements across the month-end process.It''s a key role within the team, working closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen financial control and support better decision-making across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accounts, including group consolidationVariance analysis against budget and forecast, with clear, useful commentaryBalance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controlsSupport with statutory accounts and audit processVAT returns and regulatory reporting complianceCashflow monitoring and forecastingPayroll review and oversightBudgeting support and KPI reportingOversight of purchase ledger and payment approvalsImproving month-end processes and reporting timelinesLine management and development of finance teamAbout YouProven experience in a Finance Manager or similar roleStrong month-end and management accounts experienceConfident handling audits, VAT, and financial reportingExperience ..... full job details .....
