They are currently looking for a Financial Controller to come in a manage a small team and work closely with the business owner. They offer hybrid working 4 days a week in the office with scope to go down to 3 days a week in the office after 6 months. The office hours are Monday to Friday (8am - 4pm). The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, ensuring robust financial management, accurate reporting, and strong financial controls across the business. The role will support senior leadership by providing financial insight, maintaining compliance, and driving improvements in financial processes and performance.
