As demand grows, they''re looking for a Finance Manager / Director to take charge of the back office - finance, payroll and systems - so their small senior team can spend more time where it matters most. This isn''t a desk-bound manager''s or director''s post. It''s a hands-on role at the centre of a small, agile charity. You''ll own the budget, run payroll, keep the numbers straight, and become the third senior decision-maker who can hold things together when it counts. You''ll report directly to the CEO and line-manage two administrators. You don''t need a charity background, and you don''t need to be a qualified accountant.
