Initially offered on a fixed term contract basis until 31st December 2026, with the potential to extend beyond this date, this is a fantastic role for a commercially minded management accountant who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, improving financial processes and providing meaningful financial insight that supports strategic decision making.Managing one direct report, you will lead by example, supporting their development whilst remaining actively involved in the day-to-day financial operations. This role would suit a finance professional who enjoys balancing operational responsibilities with the opportunity to influence and support wider business strategy.The RoleReporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a varied and hands-on role that combines day-to-day financial management with strategic business partnering.
